So I just returned my iPhone yesterday because my phone kept dropping calls.
Today Apple announced that they are officially offering the $100 store credit they talked announced last week..
Guess what happened to my store credit? Apparently Apple thinks I’m a trying to blow a fast one by them and gave me this..
But I just swapped my 4gb iPhone that I purchased in July with one that doesn’t drop my calls yesterday…
So I sent them an email with my dilemma
Yesterday I just swapped my iPhone 4gb because it was having problems dropping calls all the time and my phone showing a SIM NOT installed. I could not use my phone and I need it for work, so I had to go into the store yesterday to get it resolved.
The old 4gb of mine was purchased at Stonestown, San Francisco with Serial# 7R726YXXXX on July 8, 2007 Just yesterday, I got a swap from the Apple Store in Downtown SF, with serial #: #7R733XXXXX.
I should be eligible for the credit because I did purchase the iPhone way before the price drop.
