I finally did get my $100 credit from Apple! (w00t for that you get a Sanrio picture!) It took several emails in the span of 3 days to get things sorted out from them after having great timing on returning my previous iPhone before the $100 store credit was in full effect!
What did Steve Jobs give me back?

I ended up paying $20 + tax to cover the costs… so now my iPhone costs $520 + tax and I got a case, laptop stand and keyboard for free… what a deal!
